What is a Salon Suite?

 

A Salon Suite is a mini salon within a collection of “mini salons”, all under one roof. Each studio is a separate, fully enclosed, customized room with a private, locking entrance, fully furnished with everything you need to open for business.

How can I benefit from renting a salon suite at Resolve Spa & Salon Suites? 

 

You will be your own boss, establishing your own hours and prices and keeping all of the profits from selling products of your choice. You will be surrounded by other beauty business operators just like yourself.

Will my income increase if I am currently on commission?

 

Definitely! In your current situation you pay the salon every time you perform a service. The more you work, the more you pay in commission. Salon Studio rental allows you to keep all of the profit that you make while increasing your business. You also get to keep 100% of the profit from selling retail products of your choice. By owning your own business there will also be some tax deductions available to you.

I rent a station in a salon, why is a salon studio better?

 

You get a private, furnished and fully enclosed studio which gives you the ultimate in privacy, freedom and independence. You can customize the studio to accommodate your needs and personality. You can enjoy the camaraderie and creative energy of others without the inevitable conflict of a normal salon.
Your utilities are included in the salon rental so you can expect your space expenses to be stable and consistent every month.

How do I Book a Suite?

Here are the step-by-step instructions for booking a suite with us:

 
  1. Apply for Pre-Approval: To get started, you will need to apply for pre-approval by filling out a short application form on our website. This form will help us determine your eligibility for one of our suites.

  2. Wait for Approval: Once you have submitted your application, our team will review it and get back to you within a few business days. If your application is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to start the interview process.

  3. Have your in-person interview: After you have been pre-approved, we will schedule an in-person interview with you to see if you’re a good fit.
  4. Create Your Account: Once you’ve been approved, you will receive an email with login instructions. Follow the instructions in the email to create your account. Once you have created your account, you will have access to all of our available suites.

  5. Book Your Suite: Once you have logged into your account, you will be able to view all of our available suites. Simply select the suite you want to book and follow the instructions to complete your booking. You will be asked to provide your payment information and confirm your booking details before finalizing your reservation.

  6. Enjoy Your Stay: Congratulations! You have successfully booked a suite with us. You will receive a confirmation email with all of the details of your reservation. All that’s left to do is pack your utensils and get ready to grow your business in one of our luxurious suites.

How Do I Apply For Pre-Qualification?

To apply for pre-qualification, simply click on the “Get Started” button in the navigation bar or in the footer. This will take you to a form where you can provide accurate information about yourself and your business. Once you’ve completed the form, our team will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible with the status of your approval.

I Can’t Find Where To Book A Suite

If you don’t see where to book a suite, make sure you are logged into your account. Only Resolve Salon & Spa Suites members are able to book one of our suites, so if you haven’t yet created an account, you will need to do so first. Once you’ve logged into your account, you should see all available suites that you’re eligible to book. If you’re still having trouble, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Do I need to interview to be approved?

 

Please be advised that as part of our tenant approval process, after approval, all prospective tenants are required to undergo an in-person interview. This interview is a crucial step in ensuring a thorough assessment of each applicant, and it helps us maintain a safe and secure community for all our residents.
