Salon Studio rental allows you to keep all of the profit that you make while increasing your business. You also get to keep 100% of the profit from selling retail products of your choice. 2. Wait for Approval: Once you have submitted your application, our team will review it and get back to you within a few business days. If your application is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to start the interview process.
3. Have your in-person interview: After you have been pre-approved, we will schedule an in-person interview with you to see if you’re a good fit.
4.  Book Your Suite: Once you are approved for a Suite, you will sit down with one of our team members and choose a Suite that’s available and fits your needs. You will then be asked for your all your information to complete your reservation.
5. Enjoy Your Stay: Congratulations! You have successfully booked a suite with us. You will receive a confirmation email with all of the details of your reservation. All that’s left to do is pack your utensils and get ready to grow your business in one of our luxurious suites.

Please be advised that as part of our tenant approval process, after approval, all prospective tenants are required to undergo an in-person interview.
